No. Staff clock in from their phone by scanning the branch QR code, or from inside the branch geofence. The arrival time is stamped by our server, not the handset. Biometric terminals are supported on any plan as optional hardware if you want them.
Yes, at no extra cost. Employees sign in on the web or the Ileny mobile app to clock in, request leave, check their leave balance, read announcements, download payslips, and reply to any disciplinary case raised about them. What they can see is limited to their own record.
You decide them. Ileny does not impose a statutory rate on anyone. Most SMEs we work with run none by default. Set up whatever your organisation actually deducts as a payroll component: a fixed amount or a percentage of basic or gross pay, typed as tax, pension, or a plain deduction, then assign it to the employees it applies to. It is then applied on every run, and shows as its own line on the payslip.
Yes. You can move up or down the plans as your team grows. Differences are prorated on your next billing cycle.
Subscriptions are billed in Naira and processed securely through Paystack, supporting cards, bank transfer, and USSD.
Yes. Once payroll is approved, Ileny can pay employees directly via Paystack transfers, with each account verified before money moves. You can also record salaries paid outside the system.
